SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:

Shipping will only take place in the continental U.S. at this time.

 

Orders can take two to four weeks to ship depending on merchandise levels. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, M Tetra cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. If we are not able to provide you with the merchandise, you will be refunded.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Refunds:

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds.

Please make sure that you carefully review all information on your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your shipping address, billing, telephone number and email. 
 

Exchanges:

We welcome exchanges on merchandise. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping it to M Tetra and shipping charges for the new product. 

All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days after package is delivered. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 7 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 7 days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.

Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Include this with your return package or email the details with your order number to info@mtetra.com.

If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at info@mtetra.com immediately. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
